Each Lumi candle is crafted with care and attention to detail to ensure exceptional quality.
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days and shipped from our studio in Portugal.
We currently deliver within Portugal and the European Union.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because Lumi products are delicate and designed for personal use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lumistudio.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

At this time, Lumi Studio ships primarily within the European Union.
For international orders outside the EU, please contact hello@lumistudio.com before purchasing, and we’ll confirm availability and shipping options.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
